About This Place

Pho 64 stands out as a must-visit Vietnamese restaurant nestled in the heart of Bartlett, TN. Specializing in authentic Pho and a diverse array of Southeast Asian dishes, this cozy spot delivers an inviting palate of flavors that will captivate both Pho aficionados and adventurous diners alike. Located at 6773 Stage Rd, Pho 64 offers a culinary journey through Vietnam’s rich food traditions, with promising highlights that showcase the depth and vibrancy of the region’s cuisine.

The hallmark of Pho 64 is undoubtedly their Pho DAC Biet Special Pho, a soul-satisfying noodle soup brimming with tender beef slices, flavorful tendon, and a fragrant, slow-simmered broth that bursts with umami richness. The broth is delicately balanced, deeply savory with a soothing warmth that comforts on every spoonful. Diners often praise the generous portions of noodles and meat, ensuring a fulfilling meal without the need to order extras. Complementing their Pho are impeccable Spring Rolls and crispy Egg Rolls, which offer a perfect harmony of textures — light, fresh, and slightly crispy, paired with house-made dipping sauces that elevate each bite.

Beyond Pho, Pho 64 explores wider Asian flavors with dishes like the beloved Panang Curry. True to authentic Thai style, their Panang Curry is unlike the thin, soupy versions found elsewhere; it arrives as a thick, hearty curry rich with coconut milk, aromatic basil, bell peppers, bamboo shoots, and a subtle touch of peanut butter. As customer Jason Huebel notes, this rendition is all about depth and texture, making it a standout among curry lovers across the Memphis area. For those seeking a vibrant seafood option, the Udon Noodle Soup with Seafood and Vietnamese Calamari bring fresh and briny notes with delightful aromatic complexity.

Vegetarian and tofu enthusiasts will find equally satisfying choices in the Lemongrass Tofu Stir Fry, Lemongrass Tofu with Vegetables, and the richly spiced Tofu Vegetable Curry. These dishes highlight Pho 64’s care in balancing flavor profiles, offering both fragrant lemongrass and harmonious vegetable blends that burst with authentic herbs and spices.

The dining atmosphere at Pho 64 is straightforward and unpretentious. While some patrons have mentioned that the decor and service might not be overly polished, the genuine love for food shines through every dish. JazziNickole’s glowing recount of devouring Pho with beef flank and tendon “as is,” without the need for added sauces, speaks volumes about the integrity of the flavors presented here — rich, soulful, and crafted with respect for tradition. Another diner, Jim, appreciates the real beef broth and balanced portion sizes that avoid the skimpy servings sometimes seen in smaller pho restaurants.

Whether you’re stopping by for a comforting bowl of Pho on a chilly evening, craving the boldness of Thai curry, or exploring a medley of Vietnamese street food classics, Pho 64 promises an authentic and deeply satisfying dining experience. The focus on genuine flavors, hearty portions, and a menu that skillfully spans different regional specialties makes this Bartlett gem an inviting destination for both local regulars and curious newcomers.

For a taste of Vietnam’s culinary heartland right in Tennessee, Pho 64 is a flavorful destination worth discovering. Call ahead at +1 901-266-0033 to place an order or reserve your spot, and prepare to indulge in dishes crafted with passion and authenticity.

This is the only place in the Memphis area where I've found Panang curry made correctly. Everywhere else, it isn't a red curry with peanut sauce. They also make their curry much heartier here than other restaurants. Here you get a nice, thick curry. Elsewhere you get curry flavored soup. Service and decor are lacking, but the food is great.

I was put on to this place by a friend an i come often. Today for the first time I had Pho w/beef flanks an tendon an was so good i didn’t need any of the sauce people put on theirs.. I ate is as is. So good an so much flavor. when i first came here i use to get the green thai plate with shrimp an i didn’t want anything else then i venture out and have tried the wings an the drunken noodle with shrimp so good. if you were to come here try the pho of-course but if your not in a pho mood definitely try the wings, the drunken noodle or the thai plate green. Customer service doesn’t exist here there aren’t any servers more like a mom n pop restaurant however the food is good! Don’t let that stop you from going! Good eats for sure! food 10/10!

food is authentic and good taste, waitress was really out of it, almost turned away before we even ordered. Well, the pho was decent, real beef broth, good amount of noodle. I ordered extra noodle because I see small town pho places don't normally give sufficient noodles but this place gave enough, and enough meat and side vegetablesfor the pho, next time i don't need to order extra noodle at this place. We also ordered pork chop and beef mushroom both are decent. The chef or boss seemed nice, he served us the dishes. We got all our food about 10 minutes after ordered, happy with the speed and tastes. Hopefully the waitress lightens up a bit, we almost feel like not leaving a tip.
